The students of UNILAG that are currently running the Joint University Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) 2021/2022 are to go for holiday for the whole of Monday, 2nd of May to Friday, 6th of May and are to resume on the 16th of May after the 2nd Semester Examination. The Federal Government announced the Muslim Public Holiday on the 2nd and 3rd therefore, Foundation students are advised to use the next three days to read and study for their upcoming examination. Agricultural students at the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture in Umudike, Abia State, have chastised the Federal Government for failing to provide a long-term solution to the continuing problem with the Academic Staff Union of Universities. Yesterday, UNILAG School of Foundation Studies (SFS) requested that any Student currently running the JUPEB programme in the school should take immediate action if their Identification Card (ID Card) got missing, stolen or lost. The students are asked to treat this action urgently due to the fact that if their ID Card is found in a crime scene, they will be located, queried and be put as suspects of the crime even if they were not there. Seeing that this can put students inside unseen circumstances, the students whose ID Cards got lost are advised to make a police report and inform the SFS.
